We get it. Sometimes watching a series of Pilates moves doesn't give you the same depth of understanding to the choices of moves, especially if you are new to teaching and class planning. Our instructors break down moves from each class, explaining the flow, sequences and most importantly, how to teach it and what to look out for! There are no prerequisites for this short online course but you would only benefit from this course if you have finished your reformer teaching course and certification.
